Timeline for Elections
AUG. 31
ELECTION COMMITTEE MEETS
The election committee meets to review applications and approve or disqualify candidates.
SEP. 9
RATIFICATION
The Board of Directors holds a special meeting to ratify the candidate slate on or before Wednesday, September 9.
SEP. 11
CAMPAIGNS BEGIN
Campaigning officially begins seven (7) days prior to the General Membership meeting. A candidates announcement and election guide will be emailed to membership.

MEET THE CANDIDATES
The candidate Open Forum takes place during the General Membership meeting on September 18 at the Durango Resort.
SEP. 21–23
VOTE FOR BOD
Voting will be conducted electronically by LVR members. Following the election, all candidates will be notified of the results.
Voting begins: Monday, September 21, 2026 at 12:01 a.m.
Voting ends: Wednesday, September 23, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.
